This includes all of the Calm Your Gut company websites (including any pre-sale pages), which are all owned and operated by Calm Your Gut ("Snap Tap Relax", "we", "us" or "our"). If you decide not to read this entire Privacy Policy, we want you to walk away with a few key points about Snap Tap Relax's privacy practices:

  • The App is a new relaxation technology that allows users to relax by just snapping a quick selfie.
  • We do not use photographs you provide when you use the App for any reason other than to provide you with the relaxation feature of the App.
  • We use third-party cloud providers - specifically, Google Cloud Platform - and our own to process photographs.
  • You only send to the cloud the photographs that you specifically take for the session.
  • Photographs are stored securely on our cloud servers. You can easily delete your photo in settings anytime without having to contact us. After taking a photo, in the profile page there will be a button that appears called "Delete Photo". Just tap it and your photo will be deleted.

Policy

Our policy for all our websites is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. To fulfill this policy, we exercise the precautions set forth in this Privacy Policy to maintain the confidentiality of information provided by you in connection with accessing and using our websites.

We collect your Personal Information as in order to:

  • Respond to requests and queries you submit to us;
  • Allow you submit orders for our products through our brand websites;
  • Create and maintain a unique portal account for you, where available on our website;
  • Process payment transactions and send you the products you purchase through our brand websites;

Active Information Collection

Like many websites, our websites actively collect information from visitors both by asking you specific questions and by permitting you to communicate directly with us via e-mail, sms, and/or feedback forms. Some of the information that you submit may be Personal Information.

Some areas of our websites may require you to submit information in order for you to benefit from the specified features we offer (such as newsletter subscriptions, tips/pointers, order processing) or to voluntarily participate in a particular activity (such as sweepstakes, contests, or other promotions). How We Share Your Information

We do not disclose user photographs to third parties (with the exception of storing them on our cloud providers, Google Cloud Platform to provide the photo features and automatic session scheduling of the App). Also, we store on our technology only when your session is active.

We do not sell personal information. We may share your non-photograph information in the following circumstances:

Affiliates. We may share information we collect from you with our subsidiaries and affiliates, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Service providers. We may share your information with service providers that perform services on our behalf or help us operate the Apps (such as customer support, hosting, analytics, email delivery, marketing, and database management services). These third parties may use your information only as directed or authorized by us and in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and are prohibited from using or disclosing your information for any other purpose.

Professional advisors. We may disclose your information to professional advisors, such as lawyers and auditors, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.

Business transfers. We may also transfer or assign your personal data in the course of corporate divestitures, consolidations, mergers, acquisition, reorganization or other transfers of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy or dissolution.

Compliance with law. We may be required to disclose your information to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities, or for the compliance, fraud prevention, and safety reasons described above. We do not have any access to your photos or videos as they are cached in encrypted format, and the key resides on the user's device so we cannot disclose such content.

Your Choices

Opt out of push notifications. You may opt out of the push notifications we may send you by changing the settings on your mobile device.

Device permissions. You may revoke any permissions you previously granted to us, such as permission to access your camera, camera roll, or microphone through the settings on your mobile device.

Cloud processing. You may request that we remove your information, including the photographs that are on Google Cloud Platform, in the support section of the app. Also, you can delete your account and/or photo in profile settings with two clicks. If you upload a photo, in the profile page you'll see a button that appears that says "Delete Photo" where you can delete your photo. It will be deleted from our servers within seconds or minutes.

Disclosure of Information

We may disclose your Personal Information to contractors, service providers or third-party marketers that help us provide services, deliver products, emails, notifications, or advertisements to you ("Service Providers"). For example, we will disclose your billing information to payment processors to process the transaction, we will disclose your shipping address to fulfillment and shipping contractors to deliver a product to you, and we may disclose your email address to email fulfillment contractors to send you emails from us. These Service Providers are not authorized by us to use or disclose the information we share with them except as necessary to perform the services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements. Some Service Providers may be located outside of the United States or Canada. If our company or our assets are acquired by another company, that company will possess the Personal Information collected by us and it will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

This website uses cookies to keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS. You can text stop to opt out of sms.

We engage with third party marketing platforms (such as Google, adroll, Yahoo and Facebook) to drive website traffic, raise brand awareness and for product promotion. Opt-Out Procedures

If you have opted-in to receive our promotional emails, made a purchase through one of our websites, or submitted an inquiry to any of our websites, you may always opt-out of receiving promotional email communications from us. Security of Information

All information collected by us is maintained in a reasonable manner and pursuant to applicable law. The importance of security for all Personal Information associated with those who access or use our websites and the services they offer is of utmost concern to us. We employ commercially reasonable physical, technological, and administrative safeguards to protect your Personal Information. Your Personal Information resides on a secure server that only selected Snap Tap Relax employees and contractors have access to via password. In order to most efficiently serve you, credit card transactions and order fulfillment are handled by established third-party banking, processing agents and distribution institutions that employ appropriate security safeguards. They receive the information needed to verify and authorize your credit card or other payment information and to process and ship your order.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations of the internet which are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through our websites cannot be guaranteed; and (c) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party. Moreover, where you use passwords, ID numbers, or other special access features on our website(s), it is your responsibility to safeguard them and utilize strong, complex passwords. Passive Information Collection

Collection and Disclosure or Use of Non-Personal Information

Upon installing the app or accessing web apps, you'll log in to create your account (for iOS users, creating an account is optional). If you log in through Facebook, Google, or Apple, we'll receive information from your account (based on your chosen privacy settings), including your name, profile picture, friends list, demographic data, and location (collectively referred to as "Registration Data"). The Registration Data is utilized for creating and authenticating your account, as well as for identification purposes. If you use multiple apps and are signed in, we can recognize you across these apps and share the processed information from each of them. Your email address is used for sending operational messages such as invoices and service-related notifications. Additionally, we may send you other materials and content, including marketing materials ("Direct Marketing"). Any additional Personal Data voluntarily provided as part of the Account Data is used to deliver the services for which it was provided, as well as for improving, developing, and customizing our services, as detailed further in this Privacy Policy.

The processing of Registration Data and Account Data is performed to fulfill our contractual obligations with you, specifically to establish your account and provide the requested services. Processing for Direct Marketing is based on our legitimate interests, and you can opt out at any time by unsubscribing. However, please note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing messages, operational and service-related messages will still be sent to you.

Online Identifiers and Usage Data: When you utilize the Apps, including tools and features available through our website or Third-Party Platforms, Online Identifiers and Usage Data are employed for various purposes such as analytics, operational improvements, fix bugs, and language preference adjustments. Online Identifiers refer to unique identifiers associated with your account, device, or browser, including IDFA, AAID, IP address, cookie ID, and agent, either designated by us or transmitted from your device.

Online Identifiers and Usage Data are utilized, when applicable, to enable you to use the Services and to provide you with its functionalities. Some of the Apps also display interest-based ads or other marketing and promotions based on the Usage Data.

Furthermore, we may use the Usage Data to customize our Services and offer you and our users content or other Services based on their Usage Data or statistics, as well as our analysis of Usage Data. This means that we can assume what you might be interested in based on other features you have used, etc.

We, along with our third-party partners and service providers, may process Usage Data directly or indirectly. If Usage Data is associated with an Online Identifier or your account, it will be treated as Personal Data; however, if it's aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified, it won't be considered as Personal Data. Usage Data encompasses information about your interactions with the App and Services, such as features used, time stamp and duration of use, clickstream data, errors encountered, interactions with displayed content or ads, records of advertising and content displayed on pages or App screens, and any engagement you've had with such content or advertising. When processing Personal Data for marketing or tracking purposes, we will obtain your consent to process such data, where required under applicable laws. For operations and providing the Services' functionalities, the lawful basis for processing Personal Data is contract necessity. Additionally, Personal Data may be processed based on our legitimate interest in understanding how our Services are used, correcting errors, enhancing the user experience, and personalizing our offers, content, and promotions.

Use of Third-Party Technologies

Integration with third-party analytics service providers such as Google Analytics, Google's Crashlytics and Firebase services, and Facebook is included in our Apps. We may disclose your information, such as Online Identifiers and Usage Data, to these analytics providers to help us gain insights into how you and others use our Services. Use of AI Tools

We utilize our own proprietary AI technology to help Snap Tap Relax work better. This technology analyzes image cues to enhance your relaxation experience.

Face Models: To make Snap Tap Relax work better, our proprietary AI technology uses images as well as the "metadata" described above that may generate facial features information such as facial geometry, topology, and face embedding, in order to create a model of the face. This allows us to enhance the relaxation experience. Face Models are not used to identify you or anyone else. However, Face Models may be deemed "biometric identifiers" according to the laws of your jurisdiction, and will only be processed with your consent, subject to the terms of such laws and this Policy. We store facial feature data for 6 months so you don't have to keep taking a photo each time you want to relax then you will be requested to take a new photo. You can delete all facial feature data anytime by going to profile page and click "delete photo" button.

Links

Like many other websites and apps, our website or app may contain links to websites of third parties not affiliated with us. These links are provided for your convenience only. This Privacy Policy will not apply to these third-party websites and Snap Tap Relax is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content on any of these other websites, even where these third-party sites indicate a special relationship or "partnership" with us. We do not disclose personal information to any third party linked sites. The linked sites, however, may collect Personal Information from you when you visit their site. Accessing, Updating and Correcting Your Information
