Opt out of push notifications. You may opt out of the push notifications we may send you by changing the settings on your mobile device.
Device permissions. You may revoke any permissions you previously granted to us, such as permission to access your camera, camera roll, or microphone through the settings on your mobile device.
Cloud processing. You may request that we remove your information, including the photographs that are on Google Cloud Platform, in the support section of the app. Also, you can delete your account and/or photo in profile settings with two clicks. If you upload a photo, in the profile page you'll see a button that appears that says "Delete Photo" where you can delete your photo. It will be deleted from our servers within seconds or minutes.
We may disclose your Personal Information to contractors, service providers or third-party marketers that help us provide services, deliver products, emails, notifications, or advertisements to you ("Service Providers"). For example, we will disclose your billing information to payment processors to process the transaction, we will disclose your shipping address to fulfillment and shipping contractors to deliver a product to you, and we may disclose your email address to email fulfillment contractors to send you emails from us. These Service Providers are not authorized by us to use or disclose the information we share with them except as necessary to perform the services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements. We utilize our own proprietary AI technology to help Snap Tap Relax work better. This technology analyzes image cues to enhance your relaxation experience.
Face Models: To make Snap Tap Relax work better, our proprietary AI technology uses images as well as the "metadata" described above that may generate facial features information such as facial geometry, topology, and face embedding, in order to create a model of the face. This allows us to enhance the relaxation experience. Face Models are not used to identify you or anyone else. However, Face Models may be deemed "biometric identifiers" according to the laws of your jurisdiction, and will only be processed with your consent, subject to the terms of such laws and this Policy. We store facial feature data for 6 months so you don't have to keep taking a photo each time you want to relax then you will be requested to take a new photo. You can delete all facial feature data anytime by going to profile page and click "delete photo" button.
Like many other websites and apps, our website or app may contain links to websites of third parties not affiliated with us. These links are provided for your convenience only.
